By completing Missionary Field Camp, participants will:
1.Deepen Spiritual Resilience & Transparency
Kindle and rekindle a fervent passion for the Word of God and expand and promote spiritual fruitfulness. Participants will sharpen the discernment, compassion, and personal transparency required to openly confront and resolve the unique spiritual challenges encountered on the front lines.
2.Sharpen Character for Field Ministry
Refine the foundational habits necessary for rigorous field operations, focusing on strict punctuality, an exemplary work ethic, a teachable spirit, and the ability to execute instructions smoothly while maintaining excellent team dynamics.
3.Advance Ministry Communication (Apt to Teach)
Build upon existing biblical knowledge to enhance cross-cultural communication and teaching/preaching ability. Participants will have the opportunity to practice and polish their skills to ensure they can clearly and effectively command the attention of diverse audiences.
4.Master Practical Logistical Toolsets
Equip ministries with the modern technical skills required for efficient operations. This includes streamlining email and social media communication, organizing databases, designing websites, structuring compelling prayer letters, planning complex travel logistics, and developing frameworks for foreign language acquisition.
5.Fortify and Align the Missionary Family
Provide a dedicated space to strengthen and protect the foundational relationships within the home. Families will receive targeted encouragement and biblical insights to deepen the husband-wife bond, refine parenting strategies, and ensure every family member is unified in their scriptural roles.
6.Expand Personal Grit & Cultural Agility
Stretch existing endurance by stepping purposefully outside the comfort zone. Participants will develop the capacity to invite and process difficult field evaluations, embrace situational discomfort, and gracefully adapt to foreign cultural norms wherever scripturally permissible.
