Families

If you are married, it is necessary that your entire family participate in field camp. One of the greatest needs in a missionary’s life is the need to continue to provide for his wife and children while he labors on the field.

Single Adults

Single adults are welcome at the field camp.

A Call to Missions

All field camp participants must have received and answered a call to the field of missions. Though God may not have directed you to your particular field of service, it is necessary that you know that God has chosen you to bring the gospel to others in around the world.

A Sincere Desire to Study and Prepare

All participants at Missionary field camp must exhibit an appetite for the word of God and a sincere desire to please the Lord Jesus in all aspects of their lives.

Church Membership

Each Field camp participant must be a faithful member of a true, like-minded Biblical church. Missionary field camp is a ministry of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Our statement of faith is listed below. If there are any of these items to which you and your church are not in full accordance, we prefer that you not participate in Missionary Field Camp.

Your Pastor’s Support

Bible college is not required for Missionary field camp participants; however, it is necessary that your pastor and church support you in your call to missions and in your participation at Missionary Field Camp.

A Full-Week Commitment

Missionary field camp is provided to its participants at no cost; however, we do require that all participants make a scheduling commitment to be at the camp the entire week – Monday through Friday.
